Stay With Us

We have six bedrooms at the moment but with plans afoot to create an additional 8. We’ll also have our very own cutesy cottage to rent out too. We are super dog friendly and we have super dog friendly rooms too. It has been known for us to have the odd treat or two behind the bar to reward exceptionally good behaviour – pooches and owners alike.

Reasons to Visit

The Forest of Bowland AONB starts as the village ends. It is as spectacular an area of unspoilt countryside as you are ever likely to find. It’s moody, it’s dramatic and it’s utterly unspoilt. Whether you’re walking, cycling or driving, exploring the Forest of Bowland is superbly rewarding. There are so many things that you could do – fabulous river or hill walks, cycle tours – both point-to-point or circular – the quaintest villages to wander and of course the ancient market towns to explore. Clitheroe, Longridge, Whalley are the closest and Skipton, over the borders, is only 25 minutes away.
